I'm back today as a guest at Winnie & Walter with some more inspiration using fab stamps and dies. Today we are showcasing In Bloom: Lola’s Bouquet with Joni Andaya and the In a Word and Essentials: Audrey Cutaways.
I loved experimenting with the Lola's Bouquet stamps, there are so many possibilities. I made this card with a kraft background and stamped everything first with white pigment ink and then with shadow ink on top. I used the hello cutaway and cut it out three times fro Vellum and layered them on top of each other but slightly offset for a fun effect. It's very soft and pretty!
I also used the hi cutaway and cut it out from some pretty patterned paper and also from Vellum. I adhered them on a leftover background I had on my desk from another project. It's odd, I thought the bright colours of the background would clash against the more muted tones of the patterned paper but it actually looked pretty good. I used the word there from the Big, the Bold and Comfort set. This was a really quick card that sort of made itself.
There you go, now go see all the other amazing inspiration from the DT and my fellow guest Maria at the Winnie & Walter blog. There is a chance to win great prizes, don't miss it!
Love numero dos! That's one cool card.

Love the softness, airy feeling of the first card, and the bold, graphic feel of the second, wonderful work!
