And here's my project! I love wood grain paper, I've got tons of them. You might say I hoard them. This one was a really nice one with the gray-ish color. It made a great background for my layout. The picture is of my kids playing with their cousin, I just love this picture.
I have used Opaque Bright White embossing powder from WOW! for the wood shape and the cork hearts. From Ruby Rock-it I've used the Country Cookin wood veneers, droplet stickers, twine, Crate 12x12 paper, die-cuts and tags.

Great layout. The background gives movement to the piece. The kids are having so much fun and the page reflects that.

I LOVE the wood grain paper too, it makes an AWESOME background against your white cut panel!!! LOVE the POP of the embossed wood veneers too => THANK YOU for the inspiration - I look forward to trying it soon :)
